Each mentor is also limited in the amount of students he/she can mentor at one time. This limit is based on the mentor's experience as an investor as well as an educator. This limit is placed on HSH Mentors to ensure that YOU (the student) get the personalized one-on-one attention that you will need to proficiently close deals.

After you have enrolled, you will receive an enrollment packet with several documents welcoming you to the Home Sweet Home System. Of these documents, there are two that speak directly to giving you the ability to generate revenue immediately:
1. Profit Sharing Partnership Documents
2. Payout Option Documents (for Title Company):
a. Wire Transfer/Direct Deposit
b. Checks made out to you personally
c. Checks made out to your business entity

As a student/member of the Home Sweet Home System you now have the opportunity to EARN WHILE YOU LEARN, during Phase I & II of ​the Basic Training Modules. Instructions will be spelled out in detail in your enrollment packet.

If you need assistance setting up a business entity for your real estate business, our customer service team offers this service FREE OF CHARGE for members.
Complete business entity includes:
1. Articles of Incorporation (Registering with Secretary of State's Office)
2. Establishing a Tax ID Number
3. Establishing a Business Bank Account
